Please see the letter below that was emailed to parents and students with missing immunization/s.

IMMUNIZATION EXCLUSION NOTICE: November 28, 2022

November 21, 2022

Dear Student,

You are receiving this letter because our records show that you are still not in compliance with your immunization. We emailed you a warning letter two weeks ago.

As per the New York State Department of Health and the Department of Education, you will be excluded from classes starting Monday, November 28, 2022 in which you will not be allowed to enter the school and will be marked absent from all classes.

Your child has been handed a hardcopy of this letter with the missing vaccine attached.
