September 10th - Student Programs

Good morning,

Student Programs will be released electronically today through Pupilpath. You will get an email and phone call home when you can check Pupilpath.

Also, Thank you for your patience as we respond to the hundreds of requests for passwords and codes.

Reminder: If you have access to your email, you will find your Pupilpath Registration codes for both students and parents were emailed last week.

The programs released today should be considered a work in progress.  You will also receive a paper copy of your most up to date program on Monday morning during advisory.

Student Schedules will possibly change over the first 10 days of schools.  During the first two weeks of school, you should check your Pupilpath schedule every evening or morning to see if any changes have occurred.

Here is the message sent out to families on September 1st.

Good afternoon. 

All students will need to have an active Google Account to gain important information for the start of the school year.    Starting this Friday, September 3rd, students will be emailed at their email address, the registration codes for both parents and students to register for Pupilpath.  On Friday, September 10th, Student Schedules will be available on Pupilpath.  Please go to the Academy website for more information,

Students and Families will have access to Student Programs on Friday, September 10th.

To access your program, you must have an active Pupilpath account.

Starting on Friday, September 3rd, check your DOE ( Student Email for your registration codes for both Parents and Students to access Pupilpath.

Student Password Reset is not possible through the website.  You must re-register your student Pupilpath account to reset the password.

STEP 2 - Account

Students will need to use their DOE Email Accounts ( in the Fall to access remote learning resources such as Google Classroom and Zoom.  Follow these instructions to get your account set up in time for September

To retrieve your account ID and password:

  1. Go to Student Account Self Service
  2. Enter your 9-digit Student ID (OSIS) number. (You can find your Student ID number on a report card, your student ID card, or in your NYCSA
  3. Enter your birthday.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. If the information you enter matches your student record, your username will be displayed. 
  6. Your student ID is your username followed by For example, if your username is JaneD, your student account ID is
  7. If you haven't already set up a password, you will be asked to set one up.
  8. Pick a password that only you will know.
  9. Re-enter your password.
  10. Click Update Password.
