Chancellor Farina's Letter and Frequently Asked Questions on Immigration

The following is a message from New York City Department of Education Chancellor Carmen Farina:

"All of our students have a right to attend public school, regardless of immigration status. To inform families of this right and reassure them that their children are safe in our classrooms", the Chancellor's office has prepared a letter and a Frequently Asked Questions document in multiple languages.  These languages include: English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Russian, Urdu, Bengali, and Haitian Creole.
